_wb02Well Over Forty is a community of persons who are getting older and want to make sense of what’s going on in their bodies and minds.

Aging is not an easy thing, you know. Especially if you’re stressed out by children who aren’t launching the way you planned, or after working ump-teen years for a company, it shuts down leaving you 40 something and searching for a job, or some little piece inside you decides to act up, and you end up with something like GERD or back problems, or Gout or some such nonsense.  We all have different and difficult stuff we’re facing.  We face it with a strength we didn’t have in our 20’s or 30’s, but it’s still… hard.

We will explore healthy and delicious changes in our diets.  We’ll take a look at new ways to get moving so we don’t  loose muscle mass and lung capacity.  Examine new research and discus how it impacts us and how we can implement it meaningfully in our lives.  We’ll also examine other concerns we may have as we navigate this new and ever-changing landscape.
