Marla is a video producer and editor by trade, a certified personal trainer, an avid gardener, and an ever flourishing cook. She strives to keep a healthy weight, but never diet. Although exercise has always been an important part of life her fitness routine is continually changing to accommodate for innate creakiness and joints that are more prone to injury.
